...For over 50 years I have been involved in the art of ventriloquism as performer, instructor, advisor, and figure maker/repair person. Mrs. Detweiler and I closed formal operation of Maher Studios in 2006, but we do continue today to provide a select number of products and services to the ventriloquist community:

Ah, all good things must come to an end, but oh how I will miss my daily delight of reading your blog. Thank you so very much for sharing so much of your passion with vents with so many amatures. You have been a great inspiration for many. God Bless!
